Spiritual Cultivation?

Ok, so i'm lv 9 and I go to the venomancer trainer and I want to learn a new skill, but I can because I get a messag that my Spiritual level is to low.

My current Cultivation level is Spiritual Initiate and I need it to be Spiritual Adept, how do I raise this and what is the best way to do it?

    You'll need to do the cultivation quest given to you by Miao the Taoist in Lost City. It'll be the gold text mission in your quest window.

    You end up talking to the Taoist in Lost City, he'll send you to a NPC south of Broken Bridge Village, and he'll ask you to kill some Waspy Orcs (Or something of that nature) Think its only like 9 of them or something, and tadaa! Adept :)
    Lead me not into temptation... I can find that myself
