Need Help --"elementclient.exe"

Ive seen this issue raised before but sofar i cant find anything to help fix it. Whenever i open PW it patches up and that always runs smoothly, then when i hit start, another screen loads and then everything shuts and im told "elementclient.exe" stopped working and then it closes elementclient.exe, which closes the game itself. i read that it might have something to do with my antivirus software so i did what i was reluctant to do in the first place and briefly turned it off, but i still got the same message. so then i tried downloading the elementclient.exe file to possibly fix it. everytime i try to use it to fix it i keep getting a message saying that "zlibwapi.ddk" was not found...
im really not sure what to do.. if it helps im on vista here...

oh and ive also tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times, and when its done downloading i make sure it verifies files.. it always says everythings okay.. but i still cant play the game :(

    Run a full virus and spyware scan (use Spybot or Ad-aware for the latter) and see if that helps.

    Look in your \Perfect World International\element\ folder - do you have a file called zlibwapi.dll in there?

    i checked and zlibwapi.dll is in the element folder.. im running a full system scan and it found no potential viruses etc...

    Do you need help learning about patching the game, installing it, changing antivirus/firewall settings, changing network settings, learn how to use a computer, keeping your PC maintained and more?

    Hmmm...i use vista but i havnt had this happen before... mine loads (not responding) but i leave it to load and it normaly works... report it 2 PW and see if they can help
