How Come I Can't Play?

I know open beta started on September 2. I downloaded the game a couple of days after that.
I don't see any button to click that says "Play" and I don't have an icon on my desktop. I want to start playing but can't. Can someone pleases help?

    after u downloaded the game from the perfect world dler, did u install, and patch?

    Go to start menu > All Programs > Perfect World > Perfect world

    you should be all set then
