How long does it take to approve my purchase ?

Just bought some zen.. but it says my purchase is "suspended"?

I made my purchase via paypal.. i dunno why its suspended.. and how long will it take to get my zen....

    Maybe due to all the feedback on the thread about the Zen and CS prices, they're freezing all transactions until they can review and revise the pricing?

    That still would change that gold still cost 1:1

    People could buy the gold still if you are talking about revising prices from the CS

    My Ultimate Game Card purchase also isn't going through it seems. Almsot 24 hours.

    i just received a call from PWE, they'll ask you a few questions regarding your account and then they'll release your ZEN

    Absolutely no update on mine. Sent multiple E-Mails to Customer Support as well.

    Feels like I'm about to get boned out of 40 dollars.

    According to our records you deposited your ZEN very shortly after your initial post.

    For those using PayPal, many don't realize that it can take a while for PayPal to withdraw money from your bank account to use it for your purchase. This might be what happened to some people. Personally, I think PayPal is rather annoying.

    Paypal has to have withdrawn the money from your bank account before you are able to use the money within said paypal for anything else.

    Er, oddly enough I made a payment of $20, got the zen, deposited it... yet now the payment says 'Rejected' and I'm still listed as unverified.

    This seems a bit odd. o_O

    Reviewing is a moderately "new" process by Paypal, that verifies your information. It is supposed to take up to 24 hours. Also, you should have started a new topic, rather than reviving a dead one.
