    I have a friend that wants to start playing this game. He downloaded it and everything is alright. He registered and is now waiting for his activation email. Generally, how long does that take? When I did it, it was almost instantly. Please advise. Thanks!

      I am having the same issue. I registered last night (9pm EST) but have not received any activation email from PWI. I suggest contacting tech support via email. Check out their support page and there is a FAQ about activation.

      Check your junk mail folder. Goes in there sometimes. :)

      Yeah, checked junk mail :-( not there either. Also, tried emailing tech support... no response yet. Bummer!

      Are there any moderators on? We're still waiting for him to get his activation code and it's been all day already :-(

      I was able to finally log in despite that I have never received any activation or cust svc email from PW. I also even tried my secondary email last night but still never got anything. There is nothing in my spam or junk folder neither.

      No idea what is going on...

      Amantar - My friend had to use his email from work to get it to work. An admin told me that Comcast and AOL emails have problems for some reason so that might be why you didn't get your verify email. HOPE THAT HELPS!!

      I had the same issues with comcast, used a yahoo account, verified my account but not able to log in with my username, password. Any suggestions?

      We have noticed that a lot of users are experiencing activation issues with Comcast.

      I read about some people having problems with activation emails before I did mine...and I hoped I wouldn't have go through the same thing.
      I was lucky. I got my activation email faster than I could chase it up. So my suggestion for those having problems is to use another email address or if you like, since I got mine so fast, I would suggest making a new email account with Tiscali (which is what I have!)
