How to make a Faction?

Could someone tell me or direct me to a thread on how to make a Faction and the requirements. Thanks!!

    "Faction" That word need to go too.....

    Amusing tibit : Why do they call it "Factions" in the game while on this forums we have a "Guilds" section?

    (We are still waiting to see any improvements or changes beign implemented. More empty promises from PWI?)

    lvl 20 + 100k for Guild lvl 1 (holds 50 members)
    2million for Guild lvl 2 (holds 100 members)
    10mil [I think] for Guild lvl 3 (holds 200 members)

    Theres an NPC in the north of Archosaur (yuck, I hate saying this name LOL)

    SERIOUSLY PEOPLE, change the horrible names with the patch that comes with open beta!

    The Guild Administrator, or Faction Administrator rather, is located in Archosaur, directly across Boatman.

    If you don't know where Boatman is, its east of the city, around the Elder of Archosaur.

    It's not a faction, it's a guild.
    If the admins won't fix their terminology you need to fix it for them if you don't want to look like a fool.

    What so is it originally called a guild or faction? Faction sounds too big...

    Guild ... faction... does it make a difference? The function of it still works the same, and everyone have the same idea of what it's purpose is. However, I don't like it being called faction, I adapted it.

    Some people call it "the level 19 dungeon", and many others call it "19fb", who is wrong or who is right? Different terms, same meaning.

    is there any reason to make a faction? what do you get? benefits?
