Time till the "Wallet Status" is changing to verified?

Good morning to all PW players :)

A few hours after OB launch I decided to buy some ZEN. I logged into my wallet, made a profile update und purchased 2000 Zen trhough PayPal. That was on the 2nd of September. The status of my wallet is still unverified, although the profile is exactly the same as on my PayPal account and of course, the ZEN are still missing ;)
Do they have to "verify" each account by hand or whats the reason for this "delay". I know they have a lot of trouble atm but I dont think that I am the only one with this problem ;)

    Hm. Same thing's happening to me. I'm still unverified, though I've sent in a payment, my character is above level 10, and I'm fairly sure my account is at least a week old now, if not more.
