A "Neutral Day"? Does it even exist?

Me and my friend are having an on-going debate whether there is even a "neutral" day at all. Im saying, if nothing very eventful happens, nothing good, nothing bad, then that would be a nuetral day. But he's saying that if nothing bad happens, it's a good day, and if nothing good happens its a bad day. What do you guys think? Is there even a such thing as a neutral day at all? I'm pretty sure this belongs in off-topic, but i want to see what you guys think on this matter.
