Captain: one becomes a captain by:
1. giving 50k to the guild (in order to allow it to grow faster, level 2 guild will cost 1mill which is essential for TW) side note: would only need 20 captains for Level 2 guild.
2. by showing the potential to grow at a very expedient rate
(Captain can be demoted after a week of unexplained inactivity, or repeated flaming and/or causing conflict within/outside the guild)

~Semi-Social Guild, we are here to be a force to reckon with but its important to not forget we should act as one family
~PKing is acceptable towards Guilds KoS list. Any other pk must be announced as being not associated with the guild.
~Accepting both Veterans of PerfectWorld, and those new to the game.
~The guild forum will be checked twice a day, though most of the guild conversation and activities will be done in game via guild chat. A young Guild has to start somewhere, and what better place then actually in the game.


Open Core Positions:
Sub Guild Leader: This position will most likely remain open for a long time. it will not be filled until the Guild has an established stability within.

TW Advisor: Must be a veteran of Perfect world, and have at least participated in a TW on one of the other servers.
internal affairs: looking for someone who is a good mediator, and can resolve conflicts within the guild. Having played PW before isn't a requirement, but one must have a high level of tolerance.

Diplomatic Affairs: As of right now the guild leader and the Guild Leader alone is responsible for this aspect of the guild. if this becomes a job that requires assistance, or if there is someone who is better suited for the job, he will gladly make this an available position.

Recruiter: May also be looking for another recruiter. any Capt. and above can recruit their friends, but its a recruiters sole responsibility to bring popularity to the guild. someone filling this position MUST be active, have an esy going nature (we are not trying to force our guild down other peoples throats), and have a likable personality. (a cute Character wouldn't hurt either =p)

Judges: As the guild grows in size, there will be a further need to keep things organized. Judges will be instated after the guild reaches the following sizes.
50 members and below: Internal Affairs will handle all conflicts with in the guild
80 members: 3 judges
100 members: 5 judges
maxed guild: 9 judges
The Judges main responsibility is to deal with those who have been accused of breaking the guild rules, which are including but not limited to: 1) unfair demotion
2) unjustifiable PKing without clearing the guilds name of your actions
3)PKing a friendly or Allied Guild (could be grounds for immediate ejection from the guild)

GUILD WILL NOT BE IN CB. GUILD WILL BE MADE 3-5 DAYS AFTER THE START OF OB. The Guild Leader plans to be able to create the guild the first day of OB (level 20, 100k Gold) but will wait to make the guild until everyone is settled in PerfectWorld. This is also a way to test loyalty to the guild, since he is allowing you time to join other guilds, and expects you to return to Twilight of your own freewill.
