quick question for experienced players

hi,so far whatever kind of download i did i was just not able to install the game.so i orderdthe new disc download. It hasnt come yet but i wanted to ask is this game worth it(how good is this game?

    depends the GMs might ban you for no reason then not respond and the customer services blowz

    Let me guess this has happened to you. No the game is fun and the support is ok but there still working out the tweaks that's why customer service isn't that great right now. Its defiantly worth the download.

    As for them respond if your talking about in game I've notice that too ever since open beta I haven't got one to respond but I've only had to do it once to report a bot which is what its for.

    They're not going to respond to you ingame.

    There are only so many gms and they have better things to do than get swamped by thousands of questions.

    If you want questions answered email their customer service.
