Any idea when the page will be up so we can order zen?

    My guess is in a week. mostly because of "Your account must pass the following criteria:
    * It has been at least a week since your registration date.
    * At least one of your characters is over level 10."

    Ofc I could be wrong and hope I am.

    The billing page is now live, and for those who achieved level 40 or higher during Closed Beta, your account should have already been credited with your reward. If you haven't received your reward, feel free to contact Customer Support at customerservice@perfectworldinc.com

    i can view the website , but i didnt receive my zen , i logged on billing but it says
    ZEN Balance: 0 ZEN
