Will This Game Ban IP's from other Countries '?

Well the Title pretty much says it all

I am from Portugal and i would like to play this game but i wonder if i am going to get my IP banned in the middle of the OB phase because i do not live in the US .

    I just noticed on the Perfect World WIKI that there's separate games for America (English) and Europe (Multilingual) D: The CB for the Europe (Multilingual) hasn't started yet.

    I'm in Scotland and I've been playing the Amercia (English) CB. So hopefully they won't mind me playing their OB either?

    The admins have said all along - they will not be banning European IPs.

    It's mostly Asian countries that will be blocked via IP, and I believe those blocks are already in place.

    Brazil isn't on the list of countries blocked, according to darthpanda16's post that I linked above.

    although doesn't Brazil have its own PW server? Its listed on the Chinese website.

    Yes Brazil does have their own PW server and it was released some time last year, I am not sure but I think it's in Open Beta...
