can't conect to server

i can't log in to the game after i enter my account and password it delays conection for 40 seconds and after 21 secs i get the massage saying "unable to connect to server" what the hell is this i just started playing the game today and few hours ago i had no problem login in then i quit the game for a couple of hours and now this!

2 hours until Open Beta starts.
You were playing Closed Beta, which ended a couple of hours ago. That character has been wiped, and we are all starting again fresh.
No more server wipes will happen after open beta starts though.
