Incorrect Username and Password..

How can this be ?? i have tryed it with and with out caps and i am 100% sure that i have typed it correct.. pretty annoying as i really wanna get started :p i could really use some help.


Ps i have tryed changing my password here didnt work.

    not sure anymore but i think you have to activate your account with the activation mail you will get on your email. maybe you have to look under the spam folder.. hope this helps

    Activate your account and get a beta key if that doesnt work ^^ then you might have to wait one more day after today to play OB.

    I can't get mine to wok either. And I've reseted my pass and all. btw, wat does a beta key do?

    I received a confirmation link and clicked on it, changed my password......still not letting me access the game.

    I REALLY hope this is fixed before going live, it's making me not want to bother.

    me too, probably some people after cestain time cant go into the game (account from my friend works on my klient) so I think I will have to wait until wipe and try it again :)
    (I created like this 3 accounts - sorry abou that, I will del it, if it could be done (if I could ?)
    SO, I will wait and see :) if that wont help then they will see me in support center :) (in mail box)

    I joined and downloaded game yesterday morn an I got in with no probs. Still able to play today on yesterdays account.
    Told 3 friends yesterday about it they all joined & downloaded it last night and today and can not get in. I created a 2nd account just for giggles and get same prob. Username or password not correct.
    They all changed their passwords and tried can log into the website but unalbe to get into the game with it still.
    To answer the ?'s about beta key. when i downloaded it i got one but never had to put it in anywhere and again im playing just fine got in yesterday and played for 14hrs and been on all day today. wish my friends could be here.
    IT IS WORTH THE WAIT if u have to wait til its fixed. Game is AWESOME!

    What I don't understand is, why can't someone from the game company leave a post acknowledging there is a problem and they are looking into it.Instead they are leading us to believe they are not either reading these posts or they just don't care.

    Your accounts do not have a problem, :D the reason that you can not log on is that only a chosen few are able to play the game at this time. :mad: If you notice that etherblade and lostcity are the only 2 realms up at this time and you only have the pvp of the two and it can not be accessed unless you have a beta code. Best thing to do is wait until 2pm this evening and try to log in at that time. If it still dose not work :confused: remember that they are looking at alot of information on the reset and it may take an extra 4hrs after that. So good luck :)

    I don't buy that theory.I have a friend that can log into the game at any time of the day or night with out any problems, and I can never log in.In my opinion it's linked to accounts.

    lol why don't ya wait for OB and also most players probobly didn't used beta key from MMORPG or MMOABC site to activate made acount in OB you won't need key and plus EVEN if ITS not BETA KEY problem then look at this ALL CHARACTERS MADE IN CLOSED BETA my characters including WILL BE DELATED so everyone gona start from LVL 0 rolf if you can't login game on Open Beta Day well thats when you should scream for help :D

    hi all,

    Just got done the 1.5 hr loading of the stuff...

    cant seem to log into the game either, no beta key, so I guess its a wait of that 7 hours if that clock is right above....

    also, I clicked on the account button on the game load menu (http://register.perfectworld.com/account/) and it comes up with a broken page... so I guess that doesnt help me much either...

    I find it odd that a friend of mine did the same process as me,he received the same confirmation email....and he can log in to play and not me or others.I dunno if it's worth the frustration, at this point getting in may just make the game suck at this point..I'm already irritated with the log in problems, so when I do get in I'm going to be in a negative mood.
