ADMIN : Targeting delays

i made a post earlier on target delays and only got 1 response from admin and now waiting for another :) plz help

    It doesn't take a genius... the more you lag the more time you gotta wait between each target.

    please read the recent forum before coming to your own conclusion of why im getting delays im not gettin delays from lags.. thank you
