CB Names

Will our character names be wiped? Are they tied to our accounts?
Guess what I'm asking, is if our CB Character names will be available to us after the patch?
Will the names DBase go to 0 and all names be up for grabs?

    Yes all names will be up for grabs just hope no one saw your name and decides to steal it :( I really hope no one steals mine since I cant log in the game till later on tomorrow evening.

    Your name wil be wiped.

    So in Open Beta first come first serve.

    Because of the fact that CB Names will be wiped and OB names won't, and OB-and-ongoing names will be permanent (Unless the character is deleted), it's always important to avoid using GOOD names for CB. Especially not your own important names. If folks don't like you, they will promptly steal it as quick as possible.

    So when OB Starts up, prepare for the first 15 minutes to be the Name Grabbing Time of Doom.

    Even if you delete a character in Open Beta I dont think you can use it's name since its recorded in the database or whatever.

    It's the reason I never posted any of my names in my signature. I mean sure, they're fairly unique, but I take no chances.
