I've been sending several emails to customer service and i've been trying to reach a GM in game to get my account unbanned, it has been banned for multi acc'ing, which i didnt know was illegal, i was testing out all the features of the itemmall to see what to buy and what not to buy in open beta so i spend all my zen well

i've been waiting more than a day for an answer now, because some of my friends have got banned for the same thing and 4 hours later they got released..

    Well now you know that you cant have multiple Acct's :D
    I'm sure they will get back to you when they can! They are probably very very busy with OB coming out soon, and all the hacking reports going on lately.

    i wonder how they want to distinguish between multiple people playing behind a router and one person having multiple accounts if having multiple accounts is really not allowed. If the answer is "we don't", then i guess i'm outta here, since i want to play with my siblings.

    A family sharing an internet connection via router is the norm these days, not the exception. Indeed, my girlfriend uses a rural wireless ISP that shares IP addresses between multiple users in a similar way. Banning accounts simply on the basis of shared IP addresses would thus be so mind-bogglingly foolish that I'm sure PWI must do something else. Doubt they'd tell us exactly what, though. :)

    It's the weekend, we are still in closed beta, so they may be off until monday.

    (We are still waiting to see any improvements or changes beign implemented. More empty promises from PWI?)

    chances are, he used the same email addy to open the accounts.

    You cannot register more than one account with the same email addy. there is a verification feature that check if the email has already been used to register an account.

    Don't expect a reply until Tuesday at the earliest, most likely a few days after considering OB opens on the 2nd.
