PvP vs PvE

I know what they both stand for but really, is the only difference that PvE you cant kill each other anywhere other than arena's and duel's?

    You can kill them anywhere else;

    provided that their pvp option is enabled...

    EDITED: they have to be outside of town (safe zone) too

    PvE = No PKing people on maps that can PK unless the guy has his shield off. You can only attack if your shield is off. On PvP, people can kill each other anytime on those maps.

    Well, does that means that in the PVP server no item drop when you are killed while red name?

    Well, I have a beginner question: since there is xp penalty when you die, isn't PvP lossy in outcome? One player loses big amount of exp and the other gains... what? Item? Maybe sometimes... XP? Much?! Hmmm.
    Isn't it really lossy?! It must be of course great fun to play PvP but well...?!

    In Pvp server when you get lvl30 your not safe from others lvl30+ players, they can kill you if they want and you can kill them if you want. There is some penaltis when you kill ppl, (name turn pink,red)

    Pve server you can choose when you want to turn that safemode off/on(lvl 30+). so if there is 2 ppl turned safemode off, they can kill each other when they see each other in battlefield(grind area). if you have safemode on,you can't kill ppl whit safemode off and they can't kill you.

    Both have duel option, you can challence someone to fight.
    Both have Territory war's (TW)
    Both have arena where can kill ppl whitout penaltis.

    There is always chance to drop items/gold when someone kill you, White name less chance than red name.

    Lose xp when pked? Or gain xp when you pk?

    You do not lose exp if you are pk'ed. I don't know whether pkers gain exp though. If you are pk'ed as a white name you have a 1% chance of dropping inventory items (although by looking at a few recent threads that is debatable). If you pk, your name turns pink and the chance of dropping items increases the darker/redder your name goes; at this point you could lose equipped items but there are exceptions, such as using certain cash shop items to protect you from dropping your stuff.

    if you pk someone, the guards at the entrances (such as to ADC) will kill you as you walk by...

    Well I am expecting a son in October - I could go AFK at any moment, so the PVE server suits me just fine!

    I don't like that thing of pvp because when you get 30lv everyone is behind you, I'm thinking in be a PKK, just for help others players.
