Skill ready effect

so there could be something a flsh or something to say that the skill is ready

    Well actually, if you look at your skills, if the skill is lite up, then it is ready for use. If it's dulled a darker color, it either means you're in cooldown, you're out of mana, you do not have enough Chi, or you are using a incorrect weapon for that skill.

    yea but they could make some effect for it...i was waiting for the teleport skill i had 3 min left waited and waited, but didn't change anything when i thought try it and it was ready you really cant make the different if your not looking hard enough
