Login Problems

Whenever I log into Heaven's Tears, theres the log in timeout for 40 seconds and when i get to 20 seconds, it says unable to connect to server. When I try Lost City, it says incorrect account name or password. I typed in the exact same thing but both tell me different things. What do they mean?

    The PvE servers, Heaven's tear and Plume City are not running during this closed beta, however the PvP servers, Etherblade and Lost City are up.
    When I try Lost City, it says incorrect account name or password.
    Have you activated your own closed beta key? You need it to play the game during this beta. If you haven't take a look at this link. It includes the location of the beta key and instructions on how to activate it.
