Everyone looks the same

Hello, for some strange reason in my game everyone looks exactly the same. Their portraits are different than what there character is for instance. My friend's says his character is an african american male, but his character is a generic asian male. His portrait is african american though. All other male characters are the same generic asian male. I am not sure what is causing this issue, any help would be appreciated.

    It's your game settings. Go ingame, click system settings. And under the UI tab, make sure customizations is ticked off.

    Or that too :D but you would think they would not make that an "Auto setting"......... at least it wasn't for me..
