One way to upgrade your wings is to purchase cash shop wings. Also, as you level up, your skill trainer will be able to train you in a passive skill that increases the speed at which you fly. ;)

in PW MY the flying mastery skill only increased the speed of the original white wings. is it the same here? or does it actually raise the speed of the cash shop wings? its hard to tell by this quote.
i think it would be cool if flying mastery increased your speed with all wings except the original white wings by 0.1 m/s per level (and the original white wings still get 0.2 m/s per level). the werebeast/barbarian and werefox/venomancer get a bonus to underwater speed with a skill, so why not let the elf have a smaller boost to general flying?

It is the same here. All the other races do not get a passive ability to increase flying speed, hence why it doesn't work with cash shop wings. ;)

ok, but there are items that give increased movement speed, such as boots with e.g. +0.2 to movement speed. does this speed increase also work while flying?

and does base flying speed depend on the base speed of the class itself? e.g. the cleric speed 4.8
if it does, wouldnt it be a bit more fair if they all had the same base flying speed like maybe 5.0?
