Forming guild in PvE, Paradigm

I am Wargasm but i used to go by BFME2 on PW-MY-EN. I would like to know how many would be interested into joigning an active TW guild. I will be running a WB and i'll be in the race for top level on the server for quite some time, like in every new server that started in any mmo i played. Basically that means i'll be one of the strongest tanks available for your dungeons/bosses. I want to build a core first before to recruit any noob so i'll be looking for either veterans or beginners who are active and willing to learn. I can garanty leadership positions to players who know the game and are active, will not give away anything above commander (vgm :P) until server opens.

The guild is going to be called Paradigm if the game supports more than 8 chars, otherwise i'll make it Elysium or basically anything its still up to suggestions. No site and not planning on having one besides maybe a forum if this gets serious.

More about me :
I'm 20, i'm a guy, i like pizza, i speak french and english, i'm a cash shop addict :P. My leadership experiences range from Captain to GM in alot of mmo's, i won't bother listing.

How to join?
Make sure you have xfire or msn, i don't really wanna have to talk to you via pm's once or twice a day, especially if we vote on guild name and stuff like that.

xfire : mortcus
msn : will give it through pm only, too afraid of hackers :P

    I don't have one, I just goto the website and play it lol. I'll register an account real quick though, it'd be nice to see how good I actually am.

    I might be up for this :O not sure if Im going with Kittykat guild or not yet ^^; I really like that you want to power lvl for some time because Im thinking of doing the same, I also love fresh starts

    Still not sure which class Id go with though... Plus, since your starting at Lost city, it means youd probably go with a bunch of foxes, which is what I was thinking, because as a fox Im sure I will be the first to 30 again, specially without the pvp player competition

    I also really like how Paradigm sounds.. and its exactly 8 characters so it fits

    Sounds very attractive, gotta think about it

    I have decided to join my efforts to kittykat and we are building this guild together :P

    I don't know what's the name gonna be but i'll always preffer Paradigm i love the way it sounds too.
