Downloaded but cant log...

hi, i downloaded this game since yesterday all over night, i went into my e-mails and verified the address so i can log in... but, once i click on the game from desktop i click start-> next etc... then log in screen comes up.... now i've enter'd in everything correct like 15 times and its saying name or pass is incorrect??

i used my main name (deathkill707) my nick name (ddddk), everything, i even slow'd down the typeing process to make sure theres no mistakes, its not me theres somthing i havnt yet done or somthing wrong with the game...

can any1 help plz?

    hi im haveing the same problems i also put me login name and also my nickname both saying login or passwords wrong and i tryed like 30 times i have actervated me account and as you see i can log in the websit but not the game my boyfriends worked but not mine :confused: can someone plz help me ?

    yeah, my friend show'd me the game round his yesterday and told me i should download, worked fine for him but for me its screwd lol

    Logout timer or whatever goes to about 20 seconds and it errors out. I dled the game, went through registration nothing works. if anyone could help us log in that would be great.

    yep same here also sayin the id & password doesnt match but IT DOES!!! could sum1 find a solution for this problem? i dont wanna uninstall a game which took me 3 days :o:p:D

    Who is your ISP?

    What kind of internet connection do you have and how fast is it?

    Did you get a Beta Key, and then have it entered in and applied to your forum profile account successfully?
    Do you need help learning about patching the game, installing it, changing antivirus/firewall settings, changing network settings, learn how to use a computer, keeping your PC maintained and more?

    You probably clicked on a server that is offline - PvE servers Plume City and Heavens tear are not running atm, only the PvP servers Lost City and Etherblade can be played on. Try logging into one of the PvP servers and see if that works.

    So people who don't have the beta key cannot log in and play the game? Because I have the same problem as you guys and I don't have a beta key and it would really make me angry if I can't play cause of that... :mad:

    Ok since it seems like you dont have a key here is what to do :)

    1. Go here: http://www.mmoabc.com/Perfect-World-Giveaway.html
    2. After you sign up on their site go back to that page and get your key.
    3. After you have your key, open a new window in FF or IE and go to PWI's main page.

    4. Sign in and click on "Account info"
    5. Scroll down an plug in the beta key you got and click "Activate"
    (Make sure to copy and paste the beta key into the box so that you make no mistakes in typing it, It is very sensitive and must be typed exacly as you got it)

    Once you have done all that try logging back in ^^ I am sure that is what needed to be done! GL and I hope it works for you!
