Help, i can't log into the game!

After a long installation on my new vista basic pc i tried to log into the game but i couldnt!:eek:
grr when i login on any server i get the popup incorrect username and password!
I know this WAS the correct user and password but it doesnt work it says its incorrect!:mad:
i made about 3 account (for any gm or mod srry for that) and they all don't work! i already changed my pass like 3-6 times but nothing i get the same error.
i also added perfect world to my firewall so it wouldnt be blocked... but nothing...
i really want to play so, if anyone know this problem?! please help.

    Have you used a closed beta key? You need it to participate in pwi's closed beta which is currently running. If you haven't got one, you can find your beta key herehttp://pwi-forum.perfectworld.com/showthread.php?t=5081
    The thread also includes activation instructions - I hope this sorts it out for you.

    what if you have not been accepted for a beta key? can you not play at all?

    Not until Sept 2, when the game goes Open Beta. Please read the website www.perfectworld.com :D

    If you're nice, and of course you are, you could contact customerservice at perfectworld.com and ask them for a key, if they have any left.
    Do you need help learning about patching the game, installing it, changing antivirus/firewall settings, changing network settings, learn how to use a computer, keeping your PC maintained and more?

    Ok since it seems like you dont have a key here is what to do :)

    1. Go here: http://www.mmoabc.com/Perfect-World-Giveaway.html
    2. After you sign up on their site go back to that page and get your key.
    3. After you have your key, open a new window in FF or IE and go to PWI's main page.
    http://www.perfectworld.com
    4. Sign in and click on "Account info"
    5. Scroll down an plug in the beta key you got and click "Activate"
    (Make sure to copy and paste the beta key into the box so that you make no mistakes in typing it, It is very sensitive and must be typed exacly as you got it)

    Once you have done all that try logging back in ^^ I am sure that is what needed to be done! GL and I hope it works for you!
