Beta key

I was under the impression this game is now not in close beta. My questions is i cant log into game and Im wondering if i need the infamous closed beta key? why do I need it if game is not closed beta now? I updated and got game client current but when i try to log into game it says wrong link account or password. I went to cubizone and keep tryin to set an account but gave up on it cause after i check availability for my name it never regesiters. I relly would love to give this game a spin as I am an avid mmorpg'er. Which site do I NEED to go to to set up an account to play, and please dont tell me cubizone lol, it never works. Thanks in advance for ANY useful help

    Ok I found a site with a lil over 3,000 beta keys. I got one went to the international site as it said in threads and activated my beta key. STILL CANT LOG GAME invalid account or password. I KNOW i have my account infor right. WHAT GIVES?????

    This is Lame Im sorry but if i have to set a GAME account up on cubizone instead of this site, to bad. Cubizone wont let me register an account I have fought it for hours now, filling out all REQUIRED fields only to click register and get sent back to filling in the app all over again

    You downlaoded the wrong client then.

    You got the malaysian version of the game.

    the Archive is either unkowon format or damaged

    Upgrade WinRar or 7zip to the latest version.

    Ok Winrar is current, so I tried 7zip. same problem, so im redownloading the game client from the link u posted here but from fileshack. Its taking LOTS longer to download, I assume thats a good sign, I clicked the first link in the link u posted here to get game client and it got done SUPER fast. Lets hope this works lol I really wanna try this without moving from USA to Malayisia lol.

    The first link is a downloader that let you stop and resume your client download. Double click on it and it will start the client's download.

    You cannot unzip a .exe file.

    i think i have the same problem, but i havent recieved a beta key yet either...
    i downloaded from internation version of PW site, took seconds to download and hours to install >.< when i installed i had to unpack the rest of it... then i had to verify it... then another verification... then i finally get the the login screen... only 2 servers... PvE with no ping and a PVP server with 100-200...
    2 tabs, east and west... both only have PvP server online...


    yawn this takes too long >.<

    I've just downloaded the client, patched, created in this page an account, but can't go into the game. Reason: password or user incorrect. Does anyone know why?

    right...so 0 beta keys, this MMORPG is only going to have 5000 players? lol. If that's the case then it's definetly not a MMORPG.

    Ok here is what to do for you guys new to the site and need some help ^^

    1. Go here and download the game: http://www.perfectworld.com/download
    2. While that is downloading create an account here: http://www.perfectworld.com/
    3. Once your account is created go here and sign up on this site for your beta key: http://www.mmoabc.com/Perfect-World-Giveaway.html
    4. After you got your beta key go back to www.perfectworld.com main site and click on "Account info" scroll down and paste the beta key exactly as is into the box and click "Activate".

    Then after all that you are all set to start PWI! Your login info is going to be the same one you use to log into this site! ^^ GL to you!
    NOTE: The game will take about 1-2 hours to download. But the servers are really good here so it should dl at about 480k/sec at least that is how it was for me =] depending on your internet speed.

    haha sorry I've posted this so many times - so I copy/pasted it.

    Ignore the download part - Just do what I tell you to do concerning the beta key. Its really really simple. ^^ GL!

    1. Once your account is created (The same one you use for the forums) go here and sign up on this site for your beta key: http://www.mmoabc.com/Perfect-World-Giveaway.html
    2. After you got your beta key go back to www.perfectworld.com main site and click on "Account info" scroll down and paste the beta key exactly as is into the box and click "Activate".
