No level 10. After that you chose between Sage and Deamon for the last skill increase. The skill has the same statts as the level 10 but gain an additional thing.
For Fury of the Skies is this: Sage A 50% chance that only 1 point of fury will be consumed. Deamon will give A 25% chance to paralyze it for 8 seconds.

The rest of the statts are still:
    Range: 28.0 meters
    Mana: 655
    Channel: 4.0 seconds
    Cast: 1.5 seconds
    Cooldown: 30.0 seconds
    Weapon: Unarmed, Magic Instruments
    Requisite Cultivation: Celestial Sage
Calls forth countless bolts of lightning to rain down from the skies, striking down all enemies within a 12.0 meter radius with 400% magical damage and 13503.0 metal damage. 95% chance to reduce speed of all enemies for 8.0 sec. Enemy movement is reduced by 60%.
    Requires 2 Spark to cast.

Which are the same as elevl 10. :)

Actually, the base stats are upgraded(according to the calculator) when you use Sage/Demon skillbooks.
    As a Guild,

Live as One, fight as One, win as One.
    Strength in Unity,
    Order through Chaos,
    Victory united.

OMG that skill calculator scares me 1,000,000 SP for a lvl 89 skill? wtf?

I havnt played this game yet as i can't patch so you'll have to excuse me lol

But seriously 1,000,000 seems to be quite a lot, or do you get that much SP (skill points I assume) After leveling up and saving them?

SP will be a problem at first (19-60) but eventually, gold will become the problem.

Spark is 100 chi gathered, you get your first spark when you finish your culti 29 (thus, learn 1 spark skills).
