i cant log in?

when i try to log in it says incorrect account name or password.


ive tried a beta key also change my password and it still doesnt work what should i do?

    I am getting the same thing as the above person and I entered it about 10 different times, why is it doing that?

    i did that and then i realized that my username was wrong. X] and did u "Activate teh account"?

    i got the same thing,
    i can login on my account on the website, filled in the beta key correctly
    and it says on the bottom of my account page my account is accepted.
    and so i should be able to login.
    but when i try to login game i get a screen with incorrect user and password.
    password change diddnt helped; still the same problem
    i can login though on friends accounts.
    so i guess this is a bug or something and gms needs to fix it.
    many people got the same problem.
    so its not something wrong they did, its prolly just a bug or something.

    Same thing here...........when do they post an new thread about whats wrong with all this......noone can login the game..........results now will be that players now continue to search for otther online games........it looks like the moderators dont care........to much players are asking for "HELP"

    Besides, this is an Tech support Forum............where are the Tech supporters????

    We cannot see the Database of the Gameserver, Only they can and tell whats wrong.........

    Howmuch Forum Moderators are here ??
    Howmuch GameAdmins are there ??

    If they need Help with gamesupport, maby in future i might be able to assist things here or "in game" Im well experianced on Lineage 2 as GameMaster.......But i got to see this game and check the gameplay and future first gheghe : )

    This link is for a 'logging in help' guide, although you've already gone through most of the steps hopefully something there -might- be useful. Only thing I can come up with is, is CAPS on? Otherwise post on that thread if you want and a mod/admin may reply and assist you in time.

    click the box that says something about secure log in and it should boot the other version of you.
