Solution: Problems w/ files?

Unable to login the game can because the game file is corrupted. In that case, after opening up the game, click "verify" and the game will patch itself up again. (This will take a while)
Otherwise it could be the game file you downloaded is corrupted.

Vista problems not letting you install or even open the file? Reboot the computer. Meaning, hold the little button that turns your computer on. Then you'll go to this black screen that has options.

one of the options is to open windows in the lowest format. Do that and u can bypass the vista firewalls. Hope this helps

NOW LOGIN PROBLEMS?
DID U ACTIVATE BETA KEY? how do u activate it? When one finally login onto the website. There's two buttons a logout and a "account info". Click account info and scroll down to the Beta key area. :P Simple as that.

CANNOT connect to server
hehehe I made a mistake earlier by connecting to server Plume and Heaven. :P Hopefully no one else stumbled in the same mess. (hopefully this is your solution)

Otherwise there shouldn't be anything wrong w/ the game. Frozen character screen.. all those problems are usually corrupted files. Meaning (redownload the file). Those error codes sometimes results from internet connection problems. :P If none of these work, sorry X[
