i cant connect

hi. i have a problem... i can't connect to the server ... it always says "wrong id or password" or sth like that... i changed my pass 3 times this didn't work... please help i have the cb key so it should work properly right?
uh didn't noticed the threads above... sorry for that but this thread with the instruction how to do it work just don't work for me...

    You have the Closed Beta key as in you entered it in under your Account Options and were accepted for Closed Beta or you just have it? If you haven't entered it, you need to. If you have, double check your typing. I'm pretty sure the login information is case-sensitive but I'm not sure.

    ok, whatever, ill just download it then from perfectworld.com.my since that ones works fine for my freind, well anyways im just looking for english one, becuase the russian version is a bit english, but im not the pro at russian.

    Of course that one 'works fine', it's a Released version. Just gotta be smarter than the Closed Beta client, I guess. Have fun on My-En. ;)
