about account banned

u guys just ban account on the forum and the account here is same one as game account
wonder if people ganna pay money or any time playing the game then find out their game account being banned just because they said something wrong in the forum

    If its like other games, they have the ability to ban you from the forums and not the game.

    From what I hear, their current form of banning effects both game and forum. As long as you follow rules then you should not be to worried.

    I was banned from the forum but I was still able to log in game.
    Frankieraye said : "we can promise that we will work to improve all facets of community, engineering, and customer service to ensure that something like this doesn't happen again."


    (We are still waiting to see any improvements or changes beign implemented. More empty promises from PWI?)

    there is 8 phase to permanent ban a game account and see what they say in # 8


    8. Account Termination
    Account Termination is the final step in the penalty process. While we would like to avoid this measure at all costs, it is a necessity at times. We will do our best to work with you before it even gets to this point, but if it ever does, know that there is no turning back.


    isnt they ban game account just so easy here even without geeting throught the first phase the warning phase then stop saying this

    "We will do our best to work with you before it even gets to this point "

    there's also this piece of text quote from the same page:

    "Generally, there are 8 phases before your account is permanently banned, but at the discretion of the PW staff, exceptions can be made to this rule at any time."

    so if we identify someone or something that requires swift and immediate action, shoe betcha (al bundy reference!) we're gonna take action pronto~

    and forum bans are a lil different than game bans. they also lie in separate domains. at our discretion, one's account may be banned from one or from both.
