PWI said they already have people from other games ore previous GM's that would participate being a Moderator in PWI Forums if they choose to, either roxy has previous Moderator or GM experience, or she PM'ed a Admin to become a Moderator, but that method wouldnt work so their must be a reason roxy was able to become a moderator, she can tell us how if she choose to.

In the feature PWI might recruit *Player Moderators* when they feel its necessary too, and be aware not just anyone can become a Moderator, their is a reason to be one, and its hard work also, I was a Moderator twice in previous MMO's:p

Roxy is an adult and worked for other MMO Companies...
I wonder if you need to be 18+ to be a player mod here...
    But, I tell you this...
If I ever have a chance, I promise you, that I won't let you down.
    But probably not...
I'm not even 15 yet *in October I will be :D*

With the way you're acting right now, my guess would be no.

I don't know if it's just me but does he sound jealous?

Well, first that she is mature enough.
If she can convince the Admins that she works at a MMO company, then she is good enough.
    Unlike you.

Who cares why she became one.
All I say is congrats and lets hope your not corrupt.

Would you really want to be one? Like seriously think about it.

I was GM in a private WoW server and I hated it.
I loved the power but with power comes responsibilities and hard work.

Would you rather play the game, make friends, join TW with a guild of your choice and have fun?

Or work hard in a game that you first off wanted to play to begin with.
Having to listen to whiny people complain about everything?
    Wanting things?
    Beggers?
    Bots?
Not being able to make friends that you can play with because you are NOT playing the game it is a JOB not a pass time.

You need to be mature, responsible, understanding and stricked but not a jerk and not allowed to pick sides.
Thats what the GM's did in EN-MY they failed.
Sided with their friends, those who were botting and cheating at forest run were banned for a week MAX allowed to keep all cash all item and all levels gained by cheating, making the market for Cubi (Zen) unaffordable and the game just went down the whole due to corrupt gm's.

Its hard work. So before you whine or complain about someone randomly getting the previledge to be a mod or admin or gm think about what they have to give up to do it.

What's so cool about a Mod? I play the game, not the forum. If you want to contribute so much for the community, prove yourself to the GMs.
Be a mod has more responsebilities than advantages. You can help others with your answers, not your power.

You should learn how the world works before you start complaining like this.

If she was hired, as in a paid position, then the company did a background check to verify where she worked. There's the proof.

Yeah, you could lie and say that... and when you're outed as a liar, there's a chance you could get blacklisted from the industry.

Thx, I will wait. Here is how to get to you setting file.
    Go to [Drive:]\Perfect World Entertainment\Perfect World International\element\userdata\character\customize\
The file name must be YYYY_M_DD_HH_MM_SS (or could be some name if you rename it...)
If your character is the cleric, the file is in folder 61.
If your character is the archer, the file is in folder 71.
    Once again, thx ^^.
If you can't send a file, just open, copy the setting and paste it here.
I wan't my EP to look like her cause she used to be a model to this game back in 2005 in China. Her acting still developing, but she is cute ^^.

So you already speak about "position"?
Its not because that you are mod that you have better position, put that in your head,
and morever i think you already deleted one thread,
you are just big headed and use your "position" to put up your ideas.
I just want to say you a mod souldnt speak useless stuff like you do, be serious and dont post
useless stuff like you do. Ryuuzaki is Mod i understand, he deserve but you,
you are just posting around to be big headed!

She is most likely speaking about her title on the forum. In fact, most people with an IQ over 2 could have figured that out. By no means is she stating that she feels that she is better than anyone.

It is a moderators job is to delete/lock/edit posts that are deemed harmful/disrespectful to the community. It is her job as a moderator to keep things clean for public viewing among the community. I haven't seen any posts in which she forced her ideas upon anyone.

I just want to say you a mod souldnt speak useless stuff like you do, be serious and dont post

So, being a mod requires that you only speak when necessary? You can't post for fun, and must be serious at all times? You Sir, have been to some boring forums. When chosen or looked at for a position as a mod, they look for qualities in character. They want someone who is active in the community, nice, and above all, willing to do the right thing, regardless of popular belief. You're wrong, I hope to have clarified some things for you.

    Moderators are not paid positions.

Moderators are not "superior" members of this forum, they are however, valuable members of the community that contribute in a variety of positive ways.

Let's not give them flak for contributing to the community. ;)

Mod can be tough, others can be friendly. What I asked her is a request that I would ask even if she is a GM. And she has been nice to answer me, just like Orinj in other post. What is wrong with it ^^?
My fault, yes, I can PM her about this. That's it. But within tons of PMs, I think post here get better chance for my question to be read, isn't it?
Most of us will disappear and never come back to the forum when OB start (unless something happens, and I don't want it happens like 2Moons). So be nice to them in this tough job.
