GM please help

i have downloaded everything fine and can run the client, but when i get into the client and select server, it says cannot connect to server, and both the servers have ---- Ping and such please help

    First - have you applied a closed beta key to your account?

    Second - are you trying to connect to one of the PVE servers? Because they're not available for the closed beta.

    I got the beta key, and i am trying to connect to a PVP server, when i look at connection status and stuff for all servers i have ---- of everything as if the server was down, is there something blocking it??

    My next guess would be your firewall/security software. Try adding elementclient.exe to your exceptions list.

    My firewalls off, but i still let perfect world and element client through, still nothing =( getting frustrated now

    Have you done the same with any antivirus/anti spyware programs you have? They might also block traffic.

    Are you connecting through a router, or directly through the modem?

    Router, and ill try the antivirus, but i was playing the game a couple weeks before on the malaysian server, and it worked fine, all the sudden been doing this....

    how can i turning off , or inactivating the security lock function ?
