locked equipment?

When i started playing today and tried to put on a piece of armor, the screen said my equipment was locked.
How can it be locked? Can i change it?

    Can we get a screenshot?

    I am assume you have the necessary stats and this equipment is something that can be worn by your character.

    You cant remove or wear equipments while in fox/tiger mode.

    I also got that, but i solved it. If you have transformed into any animal your equpment get locked. you gotta be your char to equip stuff.

    Don't feel dumb because I did the same thing when we were testing it ;). I actually thought it was a bug DOH!!!

    relogging isn't helping. the safety lock thingey sais i have to wait ten hours before my equipment gets un-locked. i found out that you can choose how long it takes before it unlocks your equipment, but my brother set it on ten hours -_-.
