Fast Forward

Okay I just logged in for the first time and not only am I rubber banding so bad I cannot leave the starting spot, literally I am stuck in the first spot you ever log into when you create your character. And on top of that everything is in fast forward seems like the entire game is running about 20 times faster than normal. Anyone have any idea whats going on and or how to fix this problem I am having?

    Are you playing on a laptop?

    no playing on a desktop pc, dual core sli config

    Only thing I can think of to try, then, is to disable your SLI. :(

    Tried that didnt work. Not sure what the deal is but its not looking good. Guess I am just not meant to play. Enjoy everyone.

    Guess not. Thanks! ^_^ I would suggest setting only a single core affinity on your processor, except that I haven't had any problems with that myself. Another problem could be firewall or network issues. (I've had lag sort of like you described because of my firewall settings before.) I don't know if running as administrator would help, and the client propably wouldn't launch if you had UAC conflicts. That you have a dual core sli, I'm guessing that you have a really powerful and contemporary desktop pc, so that wouldn't be an issue.
