Lag today?

Is anyone else having Lag issues today. I logged in with server at 300+ms.. its playable but not the usualy 170ms or so. When I get into game it gets worse.. Jumps to 600-700ms. This is both east and west coast servers.

    IM GETTING SUPER LAG, YESTERDAY I HAD 67 MS NOW I HAVE 72.

    I think i found the cause.. my son decided to download a big torrent.. hard to play games with a computer is downloading video files

    I empathize. My best friend obsessively downloads updates and betas Gentoo Linux. The updater doesn't have a download speed limiter and we have a cheap router that doesn't have bandwidth control either. ^_~
