Melee Dps?

Okay I see two classes that are great for ranged dps but where is the melee dps? I mean the war or blademaster doesnt seem like dps to me he seems like a hybrid of tank and dps but not much dps and the barbarian or Werebeast is not dps at all. So if I wanted to do melee dps how would I do it? Is there a build for blademaster that I can make that will turn me into melee dps or maybe a build for werebeast that I can make to turn into melee dps?

    I started playing a Barbarian (WereBeast) this morning and by far they deal a hefty amount of damage if you go with 2h Hammers. In 4 hrs time I got up to level 15 and starting to get some AOE attacks soon. If you want some builds check out the Class forums for more in-depth guides.

    make a blademaster without much con, pumping mostly str and enough agi to use your weapon (will be sword/first)

    str will get you your physical attack, agi some crit.

    you won`t really have hp, but you will do quite some damage as a melee class.

    PvP, well, magic classes will hit you DAMN hard (you CAN use light armor to compensate though), still, if you want dps, play something else.

    Barbarians have perdition, a skill that has a potential to do insane amounts of damage, but that`s about it.

    Blademasters are AoE specialists basically. They are even better than wizards in AoEs. For a melee class blademaster would be considered the dps class. Blademasters are pretty crazy once you get all the AoEs and you hit a decent level, you'll see it soon.

    Also with a blademaster if you get an archer while hes on ground and not flying, stun him and in a few hits the archers dead. Archers are great damage but get close enough to them and its like cutting warm butter with a sharp knife.
