    I'm not sure if you're aware of this, but if I can understand what you were saying correctly...You're trying to help give CB keys to other Chinese players? If that's what you're doing, I hope you realize that IP's from China and surrounding area have been banned in this version of PW. I've read that some people from that part of the world have been getting on during CB, but if that's the case, I'm sure they'll have this fixed for OB.

    i guess it means oversea chinese who is not citizen of PRC
    i dont think the pwi would able to ban them from playing and its unreasonable
