Banned for no reason!

hi all,
anyone can help me. i would like to ask that is there any restriction on the country itself that we can't play or what? While i'm logging in my account and the error message came out as you have been banned. Do they ban singapore IP address? If they do please do not put it as international and that is very lame. Can someone help me to advise me on this issue

    they ban Ip's of countries that already have a PW version of their own.

    Hello i'm from Singapore and i've successfully update/create a character this morning around 7ish Singapore time. Last night i tried to run it and doesn't allow, perhaps you can try it again. Hope to see you in game, i play a cleric :)

    It's called an PW international because it caters to the nations which don't have a version of PW already. I don't see why it's lame if they stop people from playing if they already have a version of PW within their region. And I'm pretty sure Singapore is supposed to be on the list of places that have IP bans.

    It's lame that I can't play most Korean games because I don't have one of their keys that prove you live there, but you don't see me complaining.

    Yeah seriously.

    IP bans for several countries apply for those who have their own version. I think its also part of the deal between the companies.

    If they opened an international version and all the Malaysian or chinese ppl would come here the chinese or malaysian version would lose all their players, which means they would lose profit through item mall too.

    However, yeah you malaysian and chinese/singapore ppl got banned cause you have ur own version, go play there.

    Now without being a racist or anything, but Ill be really happy to play a game that is not full of ppl that just talk in their crappy english with the stupid le li la liao or whatever else add ons. it gives me a headache just trying to figure out what it means. And trust me, im stating a fact here and not being racist. Just happy I wont have to see that in near future anymore as it really does give me a headache trying to figure that language out ;)

    There is nothing to do with racism here, PWI is just the same game as Cubizone providing now.
    All of my friends in Viet can't play PWI, and I will be very pissed off if you guys in Singapore and Malaysia can play.

    This comes from the "PWI Questions & Answers FAQ" from the General section of the forums.
    Q : Will there be IP blocks for some countries?
    A : Any country that currently has licensed Perfect World will be blocked. This includes Malaysia, Philippines, China, Vietnam, Taiwan, Japan, Korea, and others. (Xarfox)

    Last time I checked, Singapore is somewhere around there.
