Everybody looks the same?

All the player characters (except me) look exactly the same. Clicking on them and bringing up the detailed information will show their actual face, but in the game they all have the 'default' features. Armor and weapons are displayed correctly, however. What's wrong?

    There is an option in the game options (don't know where since I can't patch to play) to show individual players. Look around in the options and you should find it.
