Can Someone Host data4.pck already unzipped

Title says it all, I've already tried the hosted rezipped file in the sticky, it's still the same issue with the file being damaged or corrupt, wondering if it's possible for someone to host the file already unzipped, I saw some files like that on filefront but it was for MY version and I'm not sure if they will work with the International version. Hope someone can help. I'm on Vista by the way, not sure if that's an issue but none of the troubleshoots have worked.
