where are the emaciated traitors?
i cant seem to find them =[

    Do you mean the Emaciated Footsoliders for the Human Cultivation quest?

    IF that's what you're talking about, they are usually found North East of Swarm Hill, before you cross the river in that direction. They're alongside Wild Wolflings, and some kind of Usurg or something.

    the traitors are up on the hill right next to the NPC you talked to
