Bug: Unable to Connect ( south asia )

hello,

i cannot connect the server , neither east nor west
i have changed the password for my account . still unable to connect server .
im from India , is our ip's banned?

    Still got about 3 hours till servers go up.

    ohh sozz , according to the website cb was to start 8hrs before ..
    soz .. didnt know they changed it .
