Game Patch!?

I've just turned my game client on this minute and it has begun to patch. Before (about an hour ago) it didn't patch. Everyone go and update :D

    You still wont be able to play since servers are not up and running yet.

    There will probably be loads of patches so its best to do it all at once

    Ha, you do that ya crazy pants, cuz while you're busy DLing all the patches, I'll be way ahead of you getting the name I want. ^^

    My patching keeps getting hang every 2 min or so.

    There must be A LOTTTTTTTTT of people trying to patch.

    I wonder what the lag will be like in game.

    really because it only took for 3 mins for me to patch and my comp suckeths

    Funny how the game hasn't even started yet but the patcher says its already version 3.

    This sucks I thought I was gonna be able to connect because they changed the ingame annoucment saying if I cant log in change the password and I did <.<

    Patch works fine for me. Downloaded in about 2 minutes.

    Can't wait to see the servers opened.

    as far as names go i'm going to stick with the name i've been using lately that seems to be unique so i'm not worried about it being taken. the best thing to do with character names so that you aren't disappointed at not getting the name you want is to be imaginative when creating it. for example think of a word that best describes your personality if that is taken then you can always use an online translator to look up how it is said in different languages and if one of them sounds catchy you have yourself a name. Obvious names like BraveHeart Sephiroth or any poplular game characters from any anime Final Fantasy game or other RPG. i'd steer clear of those for one reason they're highly unorigonal and just show how little imagination the person with the name has Sephiroth for one i've seen so many variations of it just isn't funny In my opinion people should make a name for themselves your name defines you and to use a name of a character who's reputaton is well known doesn't mean you'll have the same reputation it usually has the opposite effect and can often lead to mockery i've seen this so many times in the trade chanel of WoW.
    Anyway, happy name hunting and don't forget imagination is key ;) good luck in getting the names you want <3
