Customization : can you change your look later?

Hi Guys. I searched & didn't find this answer anywhere. I'm new to PW, and I wondered if you could change your character's look later in your career. Thanks in advance. :)

    after you make your character you have 48 hours to edit it before it becomes permanent.

    After level 30 you're given a scroll to change your character if you're still unhappy with the way it looks

    After that you gotta buy scrolls from the cash shop

    You can also buy an advanced scroll that lets you edit your character even more drastically (i.e. asymmetrical body parts, impossible body proportions, etc.).

    I actually think this was the worst idea ever, although it's funny when you see essentially the equivalent of a walking muffin now and then I guess.

    hey, Im a lvl 34 WF in perfect world malaysia and I was wonderting, how come I never got the scroll? I know that u can buy one at the in-game cash shop, but I didnt know u received one at lvl 30... where do I get it from anyway?

    It's from a quest, and it's a reward.I don't remember which quest it was, and I'm not taking the time to look. I'm taking a guess and saying it was at the Mirror Lake Residence area.
