Perfect World multi language

I'm not sure if everyone is aware of this:

Basicly, it's an european version of PW. But wait, PW International doesn't IP block europeans now,
but will it in the future? I'm just wondering if I'll put my efforst here to waste only to find out being
blocked after a year or something of playing. Now that I would not like.

    Brazil has it's own PW version + it's not in europe.... so yea, brazil will be blocked.
    (Why would you want to play here anyways? o.O)
