Log in issues

I'm assuming this is because of closed beta, but I am having issues logging in. Log in fails out with incorrect account/password errors, prompting me to double check everything. My information is correct, so I can only assume that after taking the time and bandwidth to download the client, I actually won't be able to play it for another 20 days minimum and can't assume open beta is a guarantee either.

No, I don't have a beta key.

    whichever version you dl'd, it's not ours.

    Well that's... fascinating. Game version 14, 1.3.1 build 2265 featuring Servers Oracle and Delphi... hmmm... I'm getting the idea that I downloaded from http://www.perfectworld.com.my/index.asp but somehow registered here... Okay, I feels silly, but maybe that's not so bad. Gives me the opportunity to kick the game around :p

    It is confusing, but you won't find as great customer and technical support for the MY client as you will this one, the International version, directly from the developer in China through the US branch.

    The lag will torture you eventually on the MY server, and they have let gold farming get out of hand on those servers. To the best of my knowledge, those are the complaints I'm reading about all over the net.

    The MY client has major English issues too, many US pop culture references, and you can hardly understand the quests and stories.

    So be patient for the PWI client :D
    Do you need help learning about patching the game, installing it, changing antivirus/firewall settings, changing network settings, learn how to use a computer, keeping your PC maintained and more?

    I'm having the same problem.
    But how can it be that my little brothers get to login, and i dont?
    When I try to login, it just pop up a message saying that i got the wrong password..
    But i dont XD

    lol people stop downloading the .my version international isnt around yet.

    I dont really know which version or where i downloaded the game from.. i just got the install file from my little brother:)
    But i cant understand, why he still can loggin, and i cant:/
    I've tried to logg inn on both my and my brothers computer.... But only he could logg inn :S

    well this is me trying to take a shot in the dark here but could it be because your brother actually has an account on the MY-EN servers and as such can log in with their client, on their servers?

    That's just me pondering tho!

    This might be a stupid question, but... ehh..

    Where do I get this MY-EN account then? Sorry ppl, i guess allot of u guys are laughing at me now, but... please take note that I'm a newbie ^^,

    Yeah, sounds like you did the same thing I did... registered here (no perfect world yet) but downloaded from here: http://www.perfectworld.com.my/index.asp <---This is also where you can download the English-Malaysian client for play.

    I get a ping of about 200... not spectacular, but not crippling. It's enough to give you a good idea of what the game is like from a base line, compared to the version that's going live the 19th. I wouldn't suggest playing too deep into it since you can't use that account anyway once this version goes live. Take notes and kick it around until the 19th.

    And seriously, I hope we don't get that fruity theme song at the beginning.

    Alright!! I understand the fact that the game hasn't been released for closed beta or anything but i want to play and all and this "beta key giveaway" thing is completely un-fair for people who don't mass produce accounts to get a beta key its a complete load of bull$h@t! i want to play too i quite frankly think im being treated un-fairly all you people that are posting "oh i have a beta key" i want to just smack the "shot" out of you there's some people out there who arent as lucky as you or don't waist there time massing out accounts...sorry if i seem a bit angry here but i want answers and people to stop shoving it in peoples faces :mad::mad::mad::mad:
