Free to Play...but how much will it REALLY cost?

The end figure is if your looking to be extremely competitive long term. Like Neoneo on MY-CH/EN and you like being an archer. You're looking to be around 20k US to 30k US + from lvl 1-100 to lvl the fastest with godly equips, and not only that but they have multiple players sharing acc so they can grind/raid 24/7, wonder if they allowed it here though but hopefully not. On many occasion i wish this game is P2P at a small 10-20 bucks US rather than a F2P game now. Unless the price for F2P is very cheap, that would be awesome then...then again this is an NA servers so I might expecting it to be more expensive here no?
