Bad Guild Master

Hi all ! well i played PW Europe and there was like many guilds :D but none of that guilds didn't have a smart guild master for example my guild when my guild was created everything just look fine but day after day it was falling apart so the guild was over .... then the gm made a new guild and call the same ppl in the guild i didn't believe that was happening ok now our guild master he liked to pk other players :D he was strong and he have a little fight with other guild masters one of them because of that little fight leave his guild and then started a war between my guild and one other guild it was really hard u where pk all the time because one man so what come next our vice gm was on the trip and when he come back we where w8 money form the TW so guild master and vice guild master had a little fight vice gm he think that form TW gm got 150milions funny u get only 10milions so vice gm he was thinking that gm stole the money from the TW so again our gm leave the guild this is second time and he again make a new guild and call same members :confused: why i don't know man was really .... and so on we crush old guild in TW and we have won two countries everything was fine now .... but after three day gm want online he stopped to play can u imagine this is my story i tell u because gm must be a true leader not just some dude who think he is the best so future guild masters i want u to lead yours guild best way u can do and don't ever abandon your ppl or worse disappoint them GOOD LUCK TO ALL CYA IN CB ! ! ! !
