About beta aftermath....

Hello guise.
I do not know if this is a noob question or not, but I'll still ask:

The character(s) we play in beta - do we get to transfer them into final build of the game or do they get deleted?

If they are to be deleted, does at least your account stay valid for the final build?

    The closed beta characters will be deleted. This is covered in the FAQ.

    Edit: your account details will remain intact. Just the characters will be gone.

    hoping they change ther mind but i gues its kinda unfair if we get a month start even though there are currently plenty of beta keys available

    Well, it is a test, and it's a possibility that they *might* be giving out premium items at some point as part of the testing... it would definitely be unfair to let characters that had advantages like that remain on the regular live servers. :)

    Do you think that they can make it so that we can reserve the character names? I mean, I'll probably want to remake the same character once the closed beta is over. It'd be nice if I could have "dibs" on the same name. That would make it a bit easier. =)

    I doubt it... the character database itself will be wiped, names and everything. We'll all start afresh with brand new characters, names and everything. Unless you really upset someone in the closed beta, I don't think anyone would try to take your name.

    unless some1 else wants that name as well my advice get on fast has possible and get that name

    does this also mean that your character customization settings will be deleted? what i mean is that in the other version of PW i played you were allowed to save your customization settings in the character editing screen. will i have to re-do the look of my character once beta ends or will i be able to keep my settings intact? :confused:
